Sorry but I won't be planning to upload the GIFs to MEGA. I intend to reserve MEGA for content that is going to be updated and that I'm being frugal with the storage space availible. The other download links are very much sufficient.

The images were taken from Tumblr where Beastly intentionally censored them so their content wouldn't be taken down. If it's censored, then the content was going against Tumblr ToS

"GIFs" have some of BeastlyJoe's older animations while the "Videos" have the newer ones. The content in between though have no difference. Download the "Videos" if you want the newer content or "GIFs" if you want the older. Otherwise yes it's just a different format. I recommend downloading the "Videos" as it doesn't take up as much space.

The purge did remove most of the content but not all. If you are able to find a url of the image before the nuke, then it will lead you straight to the original image that's still being hosted on Tumblr. Though finding that url is the hard part if you're not that tech savy or internet versed.
My guess as to why the images are still availible is that Tumblr removed all posts that are pornographic but the URLs and images remain intact. They removed the posts, not the images and url.

New videos are added to the MEGA whenever they are availible. Problem is how MEGA sorts things by date uploaded, which screws with people wanting to find the new stuff. I suggest going to Beastly's Twitter, E621, and Rule34 to grab the videos whenever they come out.
