Put the game on a drive that isn't some 5400rpm drive from the early 2000s for starters.
I already put the game on SSD, i wait around 10 minutes but the screen doesn't change at all.

Are your Drivers up-to-date?
Are your Hardware at least on the minimum requirements for running the game?
Did previous Versions run without issues?
I edited the Graphic settings file to Low on a resolution of 1920x1080, maybe the default settings are freezing your PC.
Unzip the File and put it into the hidden AppData Folder on your System. >>> C:\Users\*your user name here*\AppData\Local\BITSv7\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Don't play the Barbarian one, it's a awful broken janky mess. Equiping items vanish form existence, you clip through scenery, and the sex animations are PS2 era levels of shit. Go watch porn/hentai it's way more satisfying than wasting time on that shit.

Sadly no. Apart from text based games (like Trails in Tainted Space, Corruption of Champions 1 and 2, Lilith's Throne, The Company and Course of Temptation), there's pretty much no, to MY tastes, good futa game. And from all those I cited, most involves sadly furry content.
There's Carnal Instinct, but the game still shit with the locked cameras during sex animations, so I'm waiting for it to release the DSS 2.0 update, which they promised will allow to use free camera during sex. Also, furry.
I sometimes check The Lustland Adventure to see if they finaly done something worth downloading, but it keeps being shit.
There's Puppetmaster3dx's games, but they're mostly glorified animation showcases, so not really worth the GBs of download imo.
And then there's Virt-a-Mate, which can be quite cool sometimes, but most of the time is just frustration and physics exploding and fucking anything you try to make with a cock bigger than 5 inches vanish from existence because collision detection and physics in that thing was coded in the worst possible way imaginable to human kind.
So no, I don't actually know of any worthy futa/shemale protagonist game I would recommend. The ones with good gameplay and content as I said always involves also heavy furry content. And the endless sea of VN, RenPy and RPGM bullshit are never worth it.
Best futa content I can recommend nowadays is RadRoachHD, Rigid3D, Jackerman and SleepyB videos.
If those creators and Animopron got togheter to make the definitive futa universe, also with horsecock futas, I think my balls would cease existing.
I don't mind some light furry, like the genitalia being of other animals, or ears or some other animal parts, but full furry is awful to me.
