The choice is the second one that comes up after starting the game, by the looks of it, when Claire and her friend are in the gym and the two guys approach:

At the moment, from what I've seen, you can get some (but not yet much) lesbian content if you pick the top choice, disabling NTR, but currently none if you pick the bottom choice, enabling NTR. If I'm wrong about that, someone more fluent than I with all the current pathing will correct this, I'm sure.

This update is so incredibly out of character for MC and Claire it's baffling.

Both of them get turned on by seeing their partner be sexual with someone else. It's their special connection. Claire is also an Exhibitionist that likes an audience.
So of course they move to different rooms when they get invited to swing. Obviously. Don't wanna talk about it afterwards either. Why would they?

Don't even get me started on all the player choices of previous updates that get completely tossed aside.

if this update was already bad, even with Claire's personality being much more about wanting new things and being more adventurous and exhibitionist, and even so the scene was horrible with Paul completely dominating her and MC not having any attitude or even a conversation after the way everything happened, imagine what the next update will be like where Zoey doesn't like Paul at all, so I have to think how this will work, will it be something forced and MC will be even more useless?

Out of character for MC? Absolutely, agree. Out of character for Claire? Not at all, I'd love to have someone point out a single instance during the first night damien swing exemplifying her consideration or support for mc. (aside from the post event pre sleep talk)

As to your question - my guess is his patreon audience is made up more of ntr purists.

The scene with Claire was so bad that I hope we get the option to not let him near Zoey. The MC is pretty pathetic though I agree.

The scene is great - the only bad thing is her hair style and the fact that there is no any cheating so far and only a different types of sharing - aside from that everything else is good,but i would realy love there to be a lot of cheating options for the female MC while her boyfriend is trying to stay faithful to her.
