I think more than anything it's a kick up the Dev arse. As can be seen with milfy City. 2 years of no content, the tag is hit and an update will happen 14 July.

Maybe it's from chapter (can't remember for which chapter he used that excuse) he completed, than real life friend told him "it's not good enough", he deleted everything and started from begin. So, maybe instead of that pic we actually already have something better
