I was planning on dropping this one last time because it didn't hit my kink (real NTR as opposed to swinging/netorase), but the talk about a cheating route got me to try this update. With the slow development and reworks this game has got, I certainly won't be advocating for changing the existing content in any way. I encourage the dev to just proceed with their vision, but I thought I'd leave some of my thoughts as a fan of "true NTR."
This game is primarily about swinging and a couple exploring the adventurous lifestyle in a consensual and healthy manner. You could probably say that's the canon story that is the most well supported by the narrative. The other routes are gonna be modifications of this main story that will likely be achieved by opting out of some scenes, modifying some situations, and eventually, probably lead to some branching. How well these other routes hit their intended kinks and how smooth the modified story progresses depends on the dev's effort and skill.
In this case, I think the main route (netorase/swinging) is too hardcoded in the NTR enabled story. The MC is incredibly enthusiastic about getting cucked, and the player has no control over this. The choices we do get are basically to make him even more of a blatant cuck or choices to let him open routes with side girls. Both types of choices are opting in on the netorase and swinging story.
Finally, getting to the cheating route (coded with the flag "true_ntr") requires the MC to give full consent to Claire to do whatever and cross any lines she wants. And here is where I feel like the dev might have some mix ups on what drives the "true NTR" kinks, as opposed to the cuckoldry/netorase/swinging side of the spectrum. Is it really cheating if the MC is exhibiting full on cuckold desires and gives her the go ahead to do whatever she wants that night? Did she do anything wrong? Is he supposed to feel bad about it?
If the dev had the right grasp on the distinction, the "cheating route" should be set up by letting the male MC be a bit more apprehensive about the whole swinging/cuck thing. But that's gonna require rewrites of earlier content which I'm definitely not asking for. That said, I do advise the dev to keep in mind one thing if they do intend to support a true NTR/cheating route going forward. You need to be able to disassociate the player from the MC. What the player wants is not always what the male MC should want in true NTR. In fact, it should be the opposite in many cases.
For example, the cheating route could be enabled if the player picks the "as long as I'm there, it's ok" answer, and later on we get a choice from Claire to either sneak out at night or not. Now that would be cheating. Or even better, there could have been a variable that tracks Claire's desire to cheat which triggers her decision. Again, not asking for changes at this point, just giving some examples and something to keep in mind if you want to create a "true_ntr" route.

As an aside, what are these harem people going on about regarding "forced NTR?" I quickly played through with NTR disabled and it remove all NTR content and NTR vibes. It's all about cuckqueen, dominant/gentle MC, exhibitionism, and the MC banging all the girls (eventually). I swear to god these people played with NTR on and then are complaining about NTR in their playthrough.
