Is there supposed to be an image of the Strange Shop owner/clerk?

Seems like there used to be. Maybe I just haven't progressed enough.
I've been there several times, though.

Cracked Version UPDATED for 1.46
To install just replace index.html with one that i provided
It only works for 1.46

if you want to cheat just go to "cheat" tab and use one of those cheats:

Warning: don't use your enter key, use your mouse to click on Active cheats
If you use a keyboard to insert code you get a black screen I don't know why
Don't worry if you did, just click Go backward

The reason why is because there is no third argument set i.e. a passage to go to (the first argument sets the variable, the second argument is the text inside the textbox and the third argument is to set the passage to go to), and since there are about eight of them it would never work in the first place since the third argument can only hold one. You can only use the "Enter" key on a SugarCube <<textbox>> when and only when there is a third argument set. The only reason you got to an error (empty passage) is because the dev used inline styling e.g. style="background: rgb..." and took what's inside the quotes as the third argument.

How to complete win the final culinary competition of the High School ?. Can't find anything about it...I tried everything but could not complete it. Or i did read over it.
