From what I can see, it adds a ton of extra media (a lot of mp4s for example) and replaces many of the basic ones. But I agree, it would be good to have more info in the OP.

Is it possible to make one major download (for a specific version chosen) and then after that just have minor downloads that just add in new media stuff for the specific version that is currently, but also include it on the main download (for those that are new to the game). That way, those of us that have been with the game from the beginning, we don't have to keep downloading 2 gb of files every time a new version is uploaded.

Yes, in the next update I will add the option to install only the update (for example, from v0.17 to v0.18)

Try a clean installation, in a new folder download the base game and then unzip the media-pack

thanks for the media, there are tons of vids and images missing, even non-erotic/porn ones, in the 0.18
