The solution is simple:

House -> Your room -> Sleep

That will update the save file to the latest version, and the error will be corrected automatically ^^

this hospital mini game is genuine trash, how the hell are you supposed to win if there is a 1/3 chance in clicking the right button but then you have to do it MULTIPLE TIMES OVER, oh and if you save scum it wont work either cuz the game refuses to acknowledge
