this hospital mini game is genuine trash, how the hell are you supposed to win if there is a 1/3 chance in clicking the right button but then you have to do it MULTIPLE TIMES OVER, oh and if you save scum it wont work either cuz the game refuses to acknowledge 
Please, i would like to know how to trigger all of the new event you mentioned in Changelog all the time!

Yes, grind is present in abundance here, but that's not the most frustrating part. At some point I was just pissed off by the mini-games. In my opinion, they only distract from the development of the plot and they do not give pleasure, on the contrary, at some point they just get boring and force to send this masterpiece to the trash bin. That's what I actually did.
I could still understand the point of grind if the graphics were created by the developer. But this is real porn, and in addition, for complete happiness, heavily compressed. And porn videos in excellent quality (4k,5k) can be downloaded for free and without grind along with mini-games.
