Working out with Leo, in the "Special Event", the player gets no choice in the MC declaring her love for him, even if she's been molding and manipulating and frankly abusing him every step of the way so far.
After the sleep-over at Eric's place, dialogue with Benoit at the coffee shop assumes the MC fucked him even if she didn't go near him all night.

Anyone else getting a bug where pressing "go to class" sometimes gives you a completely black entry, with no way to go back?

Molding, manipulating, and abusing? How do you figure so? Going through all these events with any given character, especially at 60, puts them as a love interest, as the emotions had been growing throughout these interactions from mere interest to care and some level of passion, at least that's how it's written out to be.
And the sleep-over you mean before spring break, right?

That's a bug in the current version as it hadn't been accounted for in the wardrobe improvement recently implemented.

Having 60+ friendship with both of them is essential,
Any romance option needs at least 6 events to be seen with any given character first.
Then, if you want to be the mistress, have above 30 domination stat, and have both of them be submissive to you (yarasub above 3 and evasub above 20).
If you want to be a follower, have below -30 subdom stat, and have Yara be domme and eva be sub
None of the harem options are available if Eva is a bimbo, so make sure her smarts is not too low before spring break

The game is sandbox-y in nature, but has elements of story and some unskippable events - ie classes that you need to go to each school day and timed events.

If letting friendship/relationship level run up to 60 automatically locks characters in as romantic partners rather than the playthings of an idle hour, that could be more clearly communicated. It's not the impression I had from the rest of the game.
Right. I haven't seen the spring break stuff yet. I can dig out specific event references if needed.
Edit: Here's a more glaring example of the same. The MC has rejected Eric's creep step dad (and all of the race fetishism stuff) at every turn. Goes to work at the coffee shop after getting back from spring break, and suddenly she's blowing him, they're described as lovers, and the narration refers to her coming to him for help with something or other (no idea what)
