Is there a way to choose Zara, Eva, Jasmin, and Ella at the end of the trip, or just Zara/Eva, and Ella/Eva?

You can only choose these two together as you mentioned,
But later updates will have the option to grow your harem under Yara or over her if you catch my drift

We're currently in the last act of the game, around 1 months worth of content left <3
I haven't tried it yet, but not changing like eva and just keeping her smart. Is there any significant changes? From the little I played she still kind of ends up trying to go to a bimbo personality. Also can you do a Jasmin route without bbc?

You can seduce jasmin away from bbc, but you'll have to face it a few times throughout that process.
You can make eva submissive without her being a bimbo. Doing so will make her a romantic option at spring break. If she is a bimbo she won't be romanceable but will have naughty scenes following spring break.
Is it possible to turn Yara into BBC lover if I sub to her? Or do I have to dom and turn her into one?
Still possible but you miss out on some scenes because you cant be as pushy
Eva seems broken. I've played from start to valentine 3x and I run into two issues with her every time. One being her 40(1) relationship event is never an option and never triggers at debate club no matter how far you get into debate club. Two her bimbo progression at the park never seems to be an option/trigger either.

These are available after valentine's. All friendship events are stopped before valentine at 40, that way the scenes in 40+ can reference the event. Also that's made in order for players not to rush through any given player's content and have to wait around for the spring break to begin.
