I agree, I have done 3-4 playthroughs trying to raise Bimbo level but I struggle to get it passed like 12 before it starts dropping rather than increasing.

Maybe I should just change the way it is displayed. It seems to constantly cause confusion because it hasn't been simple that Lower Smarts means Higher Bimbo.
