Well, great renders and I like that there is music but the story is average at best.
The writing is too unrealistic for my taste, there is no build up at all.
I hope this will change in the future.
Thanks for your feedback! I am gathering consensus on what was liked and disliked overall. The premise is intended to be set around the protagonist having been a recluse for nearly three months after a breakup with his ex and moving in with his sister in what was their mother's home. I intended the first chapter to be an intense "re-entry" into the world after his sister convinces him to get back out there, with future chapters building on what will happen/change moving forward. You are placed into the life of a guy who has not been out in 3 months, which should have been elaborated on more at the beginning, with no sex or social life other than your sister. He gets back out, hesitantly, and has a night like he has never had in his entire life. So, my idea was to have the first chapter being dropped into this crazy night without any past strings to build on initially and then progress and build from there his life going forward. This night will change him in a way that will leave him nothing like he was before. His relationship with his sister will change completely, along with his mother and even any woman he meets going forward based on this first night out. Of course, all of that is impossible to see with this demo.
With that said, I have decided to release the full first chapter here. It will still not answer all the questions in this first chapter, and it's grand and takes liberties (you will see the thought dialogue mention several times that it is the night of his life or never going to have another night like this etc), but it will setup for his new life (beginning of) going forward and let the player dictate what he wants to pursue. Be it becoming an all out sex hound or maybe focusing on his sister or mother, maybe both, or possibly finding a worthwhile relationship with a new acquaintance...surely not going back to his ex though...right?
I hope anyone who has taken the time to read this and decides to play the full first chapter that I am about to upload here will at least get some entertainment out of it.
