how do i play this i downloaded swf and dont know what to do after that

swf is a flash file and flash is not supported by browsers anymore. You need a adobe flash player and open it with that or use the exe since that includes the flash player.

No, when you leave the palace and go to Tsimpo-pyons.

I would use the one provided by the developer, in my experience is more stable, using the flash player causes the game to freeze some times, for me at least.
