Is scat and loli optional?
Scat can be toggled on and off in-game (control room console). Loli is fully optional, but you can stumble on it by accident. You should refer to the walkthrough if you really don't want to catch any of that content.

So let me be That Nitpicky Asshole and say that bukkake and piss fetishes would be 100% forbidden among the Fremen. With sex or oral sex (where someone swallows) at least the moisture is being recycled. Jizzing all over someone's body/face when even crying is considered a terrible thing because you're wasting moisture? No way. Okay, I haven't played the game yet, so maybe the piss fetish stuff is just piss drinking, which seems okay (it's just recycling)? And maybe there's a Plot Explanation in the game about how they don't need to save water even though this is before the Green Revolution. But from those screenshots there is a lot of no no stuff going on.

There are justifications for the piss stuff. But they're doing it in a way that is unnecessarily wasteful though. But it does look better that way.

Huh? The changelog is there in the game. Two completely new scenes (Jessica in shower and Jessica + Alia in shower), three scenes got additional shots (Harah boobjob, Reverend Mother anal, Jessica raped by Sardaukar), and two overhauled graphics.
Just wondering - why are some people scared of "watersports"?
Some hard facts:
1. Urine is sterile, unless the peeing person has a urinary tract infection (unlike shit which is always potentially infectious)
2. There even is a so-called Urine Therapy, where patients are required to drink their own fresh piss in the morning
3. Urine contains many pheromones, telling your body many things about your partner's body (subconscious bonding)
4. It feels warm and pleasant on the skin
5. Unless it's from an elderly dehydrated alcoholic, it doesn't even necessarily smell or taste bad
(for example, licking your woman's ear wax tastes a lot worse!)
I like watersports, but I find both the taste and the smell somewhat unpleasant.
Apart from that I do think that it's largely social conditioning.

Ehh, it somewhat leans in the latter direction. It's a short game. Relationships kinda exist, but super shallow. You really just stumble from sex scene to sex scene. Sharing doesn't exist in the strictest sense, but that's always up for interpretation.

It was already censored in the previous version, if not longer. The scene unlock cheat (tower in smuggler's village) gives full nudity.
Has this developer ever worked on a lesbian game?
Not that I know of. His games unfortunately have very little lesbian content.
