What are you talking about, the tower cheat is still there. Just click on the windows on the tower on the left where you find the smuggler.
Still gutted there isn't a scene with a decent angle with the doctor or one between the MC and his sister.
i have done hall the story and it lack the NTR tag because there is a few scene where you can say you get NTR but you NTR a lot too

I know this sounds dumb as fuck, but I watched Dune part 1 to watch part 2 recently. Like i for real didnt know behind the dune was inspired by dune i dont normally read the desc of games. So when I watched it, i keep remembering the porn game and the different reimaginings the game did(The Dick Box). So yeah, i was watching the movies already knowing all of the world-building and most of the story/lore-ish....

This game was my first contact with the Dune storyline, i had heard of it before but not actually experienced it, and having played this actually got me excited when i heard the announcement of the first Villenueve movie. I was incredibly surprised with how faithful this game, and the movie, were to the source material, the movie had a big task ahead, but this game having managed to make a porn parody that actually feels like a good story when compared to the original is incredible

Are there any actual missable scenes? I don't mean just hard to unlock, but scenes that you can lock yourself out of if you picked certain choices or progress pass certain points, etc.

Yes, there are a few. There is also one pair of mutually exclusive scenes (arguably two, but the other one just has different text), so you have to play at least twice to get 100%.
I recommend you play through it once on your own. It is a short game. And then use the walkthrough for the mandatory second run.
