The game had save slots added this update, but it still also auto-saves. Is there a resume-button?

When I save game during I play, there is a resume-button and I can find game save. But when I close and open it again, save has gone.

SINCE 2023 VERSION
-Two additional save slots
-Updated old graphics: Doctor examining Paul, Fremen with dreadlocks scene.
-Added a shot to enhance some scenes: the Reverend Mother's anal scene, Jessica caught in the battle and Harah's boobjob
-Two new shower scenes triggered by smuggler.
Known issue: If the game ever experiences lagging, simply restart it as the progress is automatically saved.

So let me be That Nitpicky Asshole and say that bukkake and piss fetishes would be 100% forbidden among the Fremen. With sex or oral sex (where someone swallows) at least the moisture is being recycled. Jizzing all over someone's body/face when even crying is considered a terrible thing because you're wasting moisture? No way. Okay, I haven't played the game yet, so maybe the piss fetish stuff is just piss drinking, which seems okay (it's just recycling)?
