Simple, everything in the scene is Asian/Japanese joke aside, the idea is to fit the character with the scenery.

It's definitely fitting. I gotta say though, the lighting in your art is great! Do you mind if I ask how you do your general lighting process? Nothing too detailed, just wondering.

It looks pretty good to me. I like the aesthetics of the Quinn scene more since the lighting adds a lot of depth. I can pick out a few details that stand out, but overall I dig it.
