Kudos for the shot and especially for the deformation of the bed cover under Bela's body. What do you use to get this effect? ---> special bed with deformation or you modify the surface yourself. In a similar situation, I have tried smoot modifire, but it did not always have a good effect. Especially if you want a little deeper deformation.

I try it and it works pretty well. It's not always perfect, but it depends on foot pose. The only thing is that the smoothing modifier must not be on during the simulation or the heels explode. Apply only after the simulation is complete.
