MC is doomed to die sad and alone. My fear is that DPC sees it the other way round: forcing us to pick a girl early will encourage the player to cheat as time goes on. By giving us a long time to be frustrated/bored at the need to constantly turn down all the side characters, we'll help kick off the drama he wants when our chosen relationship hits the rocks at the end of Season 3. That's not to say it's a complete trap. There will be some wiggle room and I'm sure we'll get warning signs before we really screw anything up. And there will be a way to patch things up with out chosen girl - or a different girl, like Quinn or Zoey - in Season 4 (though possibly not both Maya and Josy). But the goal is to make it hard to stay loyal.
I think that's why we're getting characters like the Vixens. They'd be ideally suited to throw themselves at the MC without worrying about the collateral damage to his relationships. It will probably start on the acceptable side of the line (heavy flirting, exhibitionism, and flagrant abuse of 'party' loopholes), but escalate as the season winds on. Combine that with the natural appeal of other side girls, the faults in the MC's chosen branch, and the ticking sexbomb that is Zoey, and DPC will get the drama he craves.
Personally, I think that would be a miserable way to follow up the crossroads; it's a big part of why I'm so down on the end of Season 2. But it sure looks like that's where we're headed. We'll have to see what happens when Episode 9 finally rolls around.
Nonsense, I'm reasonably certain I already posted the definitive tierlist last year. (I'm not grading the girls in the Interlude!). However, as I can't find that post at the moment, I might as well republish it for posterity.

I have run out of reactions, but you gave me a good laugh.I have to DQ Amelia; the MC hasn't actually met her on any route.
As for Jade, I'll fetch my axe; I'm not interested in the jealous, spurned woman schtick. Besides, my numbers suggest Mrs. Milk Machine's defenders may fight like cows as well.
Nah, I firmly believe the game will have a happy ending (with a handful of caveats). I just fear we're doomed to slog through a groundhog day-like third season before we can get there. Assuming we all live long enough, obviously.MC is doomed to die sad and alone.
Fair enough. I just appreciate the way Dany will back off if you do actually apologize to her. She's still fairly low on my list.I have run out of reactions, but you gave me a good laugh.
I base my rankings on physical appeal first, then adjust up or down based on personality and behavior. That's why I dropped Dany so much, because she went superbitch on MC over somebody else suckerpunching Jamie, and then demonstrated she's totally batshit crazy with the talk about her rabbit.
Jade is just an angry unsatisfied wife.
I'll join the tier spam! Of course looks are one thing, but I like basing tier lists off of what I feel had the better and more interesting relationship and/or chemistry with the MC. Again, these are dependent on the way you play, but based off of the overall persona of the Neutral MC, this is what I FEEL fits.

Our homie Stephen also belongs in the top tier.
At least Magnar is in the right placeOur homie Stephen also belongs in the top tier.
I don't have a single off topic post. They never existed. Let's praise our Big Brother Dr.PinkCake.I'm also afraid to even post something that might be remotely off-topic So there's less uh ... "life" or "spice" in the thread. You can only talk about the game and your replies have to be related to the game in some way. Really whittles down your choices.
BTW, I LOOOOOVE BADIK. It's the best VN ever. BADIK. Being a DIK. I'm talking about the game, DIK.
Laugh, you blindmen, laugh at the brave sir Magnar while you can. You'll never know who the true mastermind behind all these recent events is until it's too late. Do you really think that Burke, Quinn, Vinny and others are so independent and act of their own free will that there is not an evil genius in charge of all of this? Anyway, when you are surrounded by pussies, the best way to hide is to pretend to be one of them. So, Magnar is at the right tier now
my guess is before 2023... Although I could be wrongAny news about the release date?
The Vixens will be like the Pink Rose members and the Swiper crushes: a way to offer the player a kind of sexual liberation. The main character flirts with these ladies, sleeps with them, with no consequences or repercussions for the storylines. Until such time as these characters are part of the narrative or become a choice in their own respect. My fear is that DPC sees it the other way round: forcing us to pick a girl early will encourage the player to cheat as time goes on.
