I mean Quinn is very obviously a narcissistic psychopath. If anything she is probably mostly worried about herself. Doubtful at best, the police first has to find the weapon on Vinny or drugs to have evidence before Vinny might decide to rat out Buddy and Quinn.... MC going to the police to report being threatened with a gun by itself is not a direct danger to anyone except perhaps Vinny....
More likely Tommy and Quinn fear any action Vinny might take when he gets a visit from the police... And although Quinn perhaps can involve Buddy to intermediate, that's probably the best she can do since IF Vinny gets the attention of the police, she and her supplier can become collateral damage...
