On non-Jill paths she socialises more with her friends who encourage her to get out of her shell a bit, especially when MC dumps her and she feels down. Maybe they even encourage her to put a bit of a fight for MC as well(as Josy mentioned to her about competition previously), therefore dressing a bit more provocatively to get our attention.
While on her path she still has the same naïve shy personality and relies on MC to shield her (Jill the Turtle) so chooses a funny costume instead of a sexy one.

2. Non-Jill route, she has to up her game and fight for MC. Women have this thing called "Revenge Dress".
Not that that applies here, but they make statements through clothing often.

But overall I believe DPC can still craft stories around her.
And don't forget, she has no clue of Quinn's dealings, so there is future drama there too.

Josy has no drama of her own. Her family drama was solved easy and fast, Tommy...i doubt he will be much of a problem, but maybe DPC will blow it out of proportion just for drama sake. Other then that Josy's whole drama is Maya.
