It's because they are doing it in public, because they are exhibitionist. It happens that they are fucking while the things that DPC actually wants to show happen in the scene. We don't see other side girls having sex with a guy or just flirting. The closest is the girls being flirty between them and Quinn trying to manipulate the "daughters" and her "associates" by being sexually awkward or inappropriate with them, I suppose because DPC thinks that it "spices" the game and player won't feel "cucked" if they see their Li kissing another girl. I think DPC overdoes the flirty behavior between the girls but I understand. Its a porn game and girls must always wear skimpy clothes, show their underwear at any occasion, and of course, have lesbian tendencies. I don't like it, I would prefer if BaDIK were a slightly more realist game in those aspects. But my point I play this game for having fun and I don't find fun or sexy to see a girl having sex with a character different of the MC. If I would like to see that, I just would see porn. I have cero interest in seeing Tommy fucking Heather, even if I'm not interested in that character, Lily fucking a rich client, Jacob fucking Zoey or whatever. It's not my thing. I don't even have interest in seeing Quinn fucking Riona, for example, if MC is not there. but in the ending it may well be that DPC will show us what happened to the other characters (male and female), but we are talking about a few renders in the closing of the game, which therefore would not add much, but would serve, at best, to unburden the conscience of the players, "okay, I didn't care about her, but all in all she is happy in the end"
and being in the end the risks for DPC to gather discontent would also be limited.

I find it very off-putting that James is already dead. I thought we would have a love triangle between James x MC x Bella. My hopes of James being alive were dashed when DPC hinted that Jill will fight for the MC (or she will try to be a drag on the MC vs Bella relationship).
DPC probably preferred to have Bella and Jill fight for the MC and not have James and the MC fight for Bella. Maybe to avoid headaches with the whole NTR thing?

A dead James solves a lot of problems; a still-living James is much more difficult to handle.
from what little we've seen he seems like a good person very much in love with Bella and reciprocated by her, so for whatever reason they had separated he would basically deserve another chance or at least a reconciliation with Bella. and there's no problem you could do that, but it would be a real minefield where it would be easier to do damage than to get anything good out of it.
to this I would add, but it is a personal issue, that it would make even less sense that after 8 chapters they still haven't talked about it...
