No its not that hard for him to get the safe code. If you consider what derek find in his room in the last scene of chapter 9. Also the same reason the 3girls at the halloween party. Talks about you when you leave. Talking about a video with you in it. Someone is making secret videos in the frat house. So Im sure whatever Derek found is in all the rooms. So I see a lot trouble for a lot of people coming up.

Burke only sees the video of MC banging Jade if you show it to the DIKs during the evaluation (MC deletes the video if you don't), similarly, the only other instance where we can be certain of MC being in a video having sex with anyone is if he helps Maya, or if he pays to have sex with Sarah in the closet at a DIK party (where the camera is), all of these choices are optional. Or well, I guess you fooling around with Maya and Josy in Rusty's room during E9 would also end up on video now when I think about it.

You don't get it.

Quinn's dad died from drugs. The Chick mc doesn't do drugs. Clearly Quinn sees her salvation in an mc that is pure, not one who is down in the DIK gutter!

She doesn't lean on the Chick mc's shoulder in that scene because she knows she is not worthy to touch the mc. She even said during their party planning when Sage tells her, "Do something to him." she retorts, "Fuck no. I'm not touching him." That clearly proves my point.

Also, if Quinn is not in the scene with Leon, there are three people in the scene (the girl in the background is very significant!) Three is an important number as this a typical number of weeks to detox when clearing drugs from your system. By Quinn not being in that scene, it clearly demonstrates her desire to detox in order to be with the Chick MC that she craves.

This theme perpetuates again and again. If the mc doesn't accept the drugs from Tommy on the roof, Quinn doesn't have sex with him when he's high. If he is a chick, she won't go into his room after she is mugged because she doesn't want to bring the stain of her sordid business dealings into his room. A chick mc won't go into her room and partake in the hookah and lie on her bed.

Come on! The evidence is right there! If you cant understand this, there's no point continuing this discussion.

If memory serves the camera is found in Derek's closet telling me there are cameras all over that place not just rusty's room.

Wrong, there's a camera in Rusty's room as well, the exact same type of light that's in the closet is also right above Rusty's bed, and the way the camera is angled on the closet camera it would only make sense if the camera pointed directly at the safe from where it is located. Also, if there are microphones and not only a camera they would have picked up when Rusty made MC repeat the new safe combination.

PS: I've never seen this specific light used outside of these two instances in the game either, so unless someone can prove me wrong here I'm just going to assume that there's a camera in Rusty's room.

It stands to reason that there are other cameras in the frat house, because it was planted way before the closet was remodeled into anything other than a janitors closet. The other two pictures from that scene are selfies, which implies whoever is doing the bugging has access to the DIKs phones that they give out (including the one MC receives late in season 2, which he even remarks to Rusty is already pre-loaded with a bunch of contacts.)

Whether it was Burke or Vinny who did so is up to debate but will be easily settled once we find out whether anything went missing from the safe. Unless they are in tandem, which would be an odd twist.

It is clear there are cameras everywhere. I don't think we need to debate who is right and who is wrong here. We are all right. The safe code being broken proves that there is a camera there And the screenshots I provide makes it clear there is one in the closet. And you don't put a smoke alarm just in one room in huge mansion that would be stupid.

That's why EP9 is weird in regards to Derek. On one hand he says of himself so that is drunk, on the other hand Zoey remarks so that is not noticed.

My gut tells me so that in EP9 the friendship of Derek, Zoey and MC is put to the test. Why. When Derek is talking to Zoey, he also says so that his twin sister made out with the MC. I think so Derek was sober because he wanted to talk to Zoey at the beginning of EP9. But no matter what the MC decides regarding a LI, Derek doesn't want to lose the MC as a friend and claim to Zoey that he is drunk. This allows him to say to the MC later on that it was a mistake because he was drunk.

Then we have the scene when the MC approaches Derek about the costume contest at the movie theater. The MC says that he won't pick him if he's drunk. Derek will not be drunk. Why? A friend protects his friend even if the person doesn't realize so he needs that protection. Derek is pretending to the MC so that he will be drunk. A true friend protects his friends from alcoholic embarrassment. That's why I vote Derek into the top 3 but not as a favorite for the costume contest. This confirms Derek so that the MC considers Derek as a best friend. Even Quinn confirms this.

There is also the scene at the party whe he wants to go after camilla. And you tell him not when he is drunk. He was pretty drunk there. But then there is also the mention of his good constitution that he doesn't get hangovers so chances are that he can control his alcohol better than most. But thats just a theory.
