So basically again the fault is with the lazy people here who didn't bothered to install the mod correctly and delete old saves/start again before crying bug with the developer?

The low-spec issue though needed to be solved by DPC.

It's a bug in Ren'py itself, DPC is just trying to work around its many flaws. He couldn't force Ren'py to leak memory even if he wanted to (unless it's due to a bug in Ren'py)

Also (not directed at Ennoch) guys he has not made the game unmoddable. All DPC has done is to put in a check against using mods out there right now that he knows currently break the game. It's not even possible to make a Ren'py game unmoddable. Chill out.

Some Q-uicksaves or A-utosaves might just be good enough for this new game!
