Yes, the game is now at roughly the 50% point. so still about 3 yrs minimum of development.
But as is, it offers about 50-60hrs of playtime give or take for a single playthrough.

it's curious how much is written as if the story should go in that direction, towards the corruption of some characters, in particular Maya and Bella who seem to be one step away from having to risk everything: Maya who turns for an economic problem to Quinn who runs a prostitution ring (and it's not very clear what plans she had for the girl), Bella who risks everything by repeatedly attending the DIKs' house among which there are people of dubious loyalty.
But with DPC we all rest easy....

More than logical (there is not much logic in either Maya's loan or Bella's behaviour) I would say that for me, as a hentai reader, it would be the natural consequence of the story,as it has been told so far
But I doubt that this situation will ever be exploited even as a potential risk
