I would be more motivated to carefully read the dialogues if my boner hadn't been killed by find-the-diamond test and take-care-of-fish chore...
Anyway what I meant is that keeping the player engaged for a minute with dialogues and rendering requires _at_least_ an hour of development time (probably more), while once a minigame is developed it can be reused several times with little extra development effort and each time in keeps the player engaged from several minutes to half an hour (depending on the minigame and on the player, of course).
So, basically, minigames save developer's time while wasting player's time.
They are the equivalent of vocal messages on WhatsApp. We all have that dork friend that "I send you a vocal message because I can't be arsed to type. My time is precious. Let's waste yours."

I would guess that the white-haired maiden is Quinn or Sally (probably Sally).
Anyway, take those tasks as: roam around and click on every clickable character and object.

About Josy... so let me get that straight...
He were are playing a chick route, build up a relationship with 2 girls, which is not a ordinary thing... they must trust him a lot for that, and besides he fucked mulitple other girls and decide... "ahh hey Josy And M... i want to fuck another girls, bye bye, but lets be friends yeah?" sure buddy.... and in his head the most natural reaction would be an group hug after?
Josys reaction is one of the most natural reaction in the whole game here. It still bothers me that MC is friends with them if they reject him for the throuple. 99% of the people on this planet would NOT stay friends after that and certainly not after the dick move of an chick-allin route and breaking up with them, no way in hell... maybe geralt is unique in that regard, but certainly not "average"
I have a chick-allin route too, just out of curiosity, but i really dont like it, cause it feels like shit. But interesting things can come out of it, like the Jill reaction if you choose Bella... Which surprised me a lot, but otherwise, we told her from the start that we are dating others and she was fine with it... so yeah, she accepts the battle.
Other than that... there should have been consequences for the MC a lot earlier i think. To throw everything on the table in episode 8 or in J&M cases at ep 9 was just to late. There should have been options to come clean a lot earlier... and if you dont take them, shit will hit the fan and it gets messy.
And about Sage... i will never get the obsession with her, but it speaks volumes that she is only a big favorite on f95 not so much on other media. She is very judgemental, without even knowing Jill she assumes so many bad things about her... and this is just one example, the list is endless. A little slutty to, mabye thats why F95 fans like her... porn and so. Its pretty much a fantasy of many guys to get into the pnaties of such girl hm? But a relationship with her? Or even living a family life later on? Get out of here. She has to change a lot for that... but i admit, if MC is together with her.. she starts changing.
Josy is for sure not perfect, but her reaction to be mad at the MC is absolutely reasonable and natural. But nontheless, not final anyways... remember, MC was hurt and mad at them for an entire episode too. And then everything got peachy again. That will be the case for Josy too... iam sure... but that she is furious at MC if you go down that route? Absolutley normal reaction. Any other reaction would have thrown me off.

I installed the "complete 0.10.0" (i.e not the patch) and I tried to load my savegame from the end of episode 9, but serveral different errormessages (this is the first one.) What to do?

I feel you, there was a time when you could play them and it wasn't that annoying, thing is in this update DPC really put everything he has to annoy even more his audience.
