I know Maya's hands look like crap, but did they always have that terrible transition from normal looking arm to overly detailed and wrinkled hands? Like MC's hand and wrist blend together just fine, and if anything his hand is a bit under-detailed. But here it's like Maya degloved some grandma's hand and is wearing it.

The terrible lighting of the early episodes isn't helping, but I think I can see the transition there too. Her hand looks ever so lighter than her wrist.

I don't often use mods, so can't tell you for sure, but, that looks like it could be related to a mod having multiple paths open and the game not knowing where to go.
Actually looking closer - it is definitely a multi path open problem - you have Bella inside in mummy costume, and also outside in street clothes.
I think I played mod of season 1 and 2 , so then can I have a transfer file for season 2 are they available online??

The mod isn't the problem, it's what settings have been changed in the game with it. Basically, you can't have more than one relationship open, which you do.
You'll need to get help from whichever mod you used (and def make sure you used the same one in S3 as 1&2)

Don't use mods, instead use console commands and branch saves at important points, if you want to keep playing your save.
