Well... I should said "innocent"... Not as initial Jill innocence, but no one believes that Ragnar got the skills, nor the interest, to teach properly Sally... That's why Sally is looking, a bit unconscious, for someone that could fill her "innerspaces"... (smiles)
Why is it on RMagnar to "teach" Sally? Is she confirmed as not having previous boyfriends, or even girlfriends? It's a modern world, women don't need men to "teach" them - if anything in this relationship, Sally is probably the one teaching RMagnar some stuff.

Hey guys, on a serious note leaving out or keeping the porn game aspect in the back of your mind, don't you think most of the characters lack ambition.
Fuckface:
If you think about the background of the MC: he is from a single parent household. His father (or family on his fathers side) is supposedly financial weak. MC needed to work in a supermarket and he got taught some skills by his dad.
[I don't know how much construction workers or craftsman get paid in the US. In europe craftsman are generally in middle class].
With what ambition did he go to college?
Generally one of the first topics leading to sometimes superficial other times really deep conversations is, why you go to college and what do you want to achieve (aside from becoming a responsible adult). It is a fundamental aspect of western society, so it can't really be a difference between European and American colleges.
And this aspect shouldn't stand contradictory to the DIK/CHICK system. Failing exams doesn't make you some gangsta mothafucker, it makes you an idiot. So the difference is cheating or not cheating, to achieve the goal you're striving for.
Others:
Often or most of the times, we don't see or get told, what others are even doing in college. Leaving out Arieth and Dave (what was his name?). They are there for some drama and comedy. But what about Josy or Maya for example: what are they studying? what do they what to achieve? Same with the guys. That is an actual topic, you talk about while living together.
Sage even is ready to graduate and we don't even know, what degree (aside from fucking hot) she is aiming for. Rio even get's depressed about it and the issue get's resolved with some laid back "Ur doing fine, gurl!". And Jill, well, no one really cares anymore since the banana costume. Her parents will decide what's good for her. So she will be just fine.
The mc's dad earns ok, it's just due to some legal issues in their past that the are struggling financially. I don't know if the details of those legal issues are of any relevance or just a throwaway reason to give the mc a humble upbringing (note to DPC, don't try to explain Neil's legal issues, just don't!).

Regarding what courses they are all studying, there are some minor details thrown about:
  • The mc is doing an engineering degree. Irrespective of the DIK/Chick status, the mc still has a drive in him to succeed, and throwing fists from time to time, or smoking a joint on occasion doesn't mean he wants to have a college debt with no qualifications to pay it off.
  • Maya is doing a social worker degree. Kinda suits her whole, "I don't want to work for money" ethic... :p
  • Josy is doing a business degree. Her dad kinda drove her in that direction.
  • Rusty's also doing a business degree.
  • Sage is studying economics, not sure if that's just a class or her degree.
  • Quinn wouldn't tell the mc what she was studying when he asked, so they just fucked instead. :sneaky:
  • Lily is studying to get into health care. Not sure what that means, she didn't say medicine, so I'm guessing nursing, or something along those lines.
One thing the story talks about that is a foreign concept to me is that since the freshman year is fairly generic, they don't have to choose their degree yet. In my experience, you apply for a degree and get accepted into college if you have a high school ranking above a certain threshold (and there are places). So I don't get how they can just differ what course they are studying when they are already enrolled.

Magnar beckons, Sally follows...

That said, she does have womenly charms with which to ensnare him:

Just look at Magnar eying off that shapely ass!

Although I think it's pretty clear Magnar's the cheater, so maybe he gets booted from college and Sally jumps from Magnar's cock to the mc's. Sounds plausible enough. (y)

Only then will the mc learn the truth about Sally (I think his helmet obscured his view at the Halloween party and he didn't notice a little something...)

Maybe... we'll see... I find Sally coming more from de bright cupcake "field" of Jill. Not so pure, learning..., that's why I think she's got real chances to be a menace (threat) to my loyal relationship with Jill. However, it's not me that's writing the script... Looking for next update, of course. Thanks for the talking.

Tremolo went to college to be a responsible adult, make his dad proud and to escape poverty. In his back story we can see that he was being bully because he was poor. In my opinion that alone is not lacking of ambition, I think that alone makes him a relatable character in real life.

Sage for me is the most ambitious, her course is related to business and finance by the way because she looks up to Stephen who made his name in business and finance. She became the president of the sorority. Very responsible with her studies as Bella mention when she check Sage thesis. She can separate her sorority life to her school life. Among the Presidents of any organization I think she is the most responsible if you compare her to his brother and Rusty.(By the way I agree with you that she is smoking hot)

Jill what can I say, her life is already pre-determined she will succeed her family business. But you never know if there will be a twist in her story. I mean she can pursue her passion in music. Just like the Professor said that every person who perform became famous.

Maya I think her main motivation is to get out in the clatch of her controlling dad. Which is not a bad thing if you had a parent like that

Josy im not sure what motivates her to go to college, she just go with the flow.

Lily among the ladies you never mention was the most interesting. Look at her she is working to pink rose to support her studies. She did it so that she does not need to pay for any student loans. I mean for me she is a definition of good hustling.

This are just my personal opinion so feel free to comment

Ragnar fell through a time rift, and ended up in B&R.
The students fucked him to death.
But he managed to pass on to his descendants the message, in the form of a metaphor, that he died in "pit with snakes".
OMG...it's another Darkween account! But this one is a Quinn psyop instead! You posting about Quinn is not gonna influence my opinions on my Quinnie Bee :WeSmart:
