Tybalt is an intentionally unpleasant cunt. He's designed to be hated, and we hate him for the right reasons. But it's also enjoyable to hate him, and the scenes that he's in are good, even through the cloud of hate.
But the Madame was not created to be hated. You're actually meant to enjoy the mc fucking her, well, almost fucking her. But there was one major miscalculation on DPC's part:
When the mc gets that VIP card, it was anticipated to be access to an-all-you-can-eat Nicole and Lily anal buffet. But those two were nowhere to be seen, and then in walks this oily dugong, and that was just a very sad downgrade.
And so, she is hated for what she is not, and she has never climbed out of that bucket of hate, because she hasn't established herself as anything else.
If she remains a side character that is completely disconnected to every other character in the entire game, and she exists purely as a vanity project for DPC, then she will forever be dubbed the oily manatee.
But... If she is Priscilla, if she does have a major stake in all of this, then ramming the mc's rod into her intestines is a completely different ballgame; the dynamic will change, she will "become human", and things could actually be interesting.
Right now, she's just boring. And oily.
That's the kind of cool, but unimportant shit DPC used to do (and maybe still does, I'll have to start paying attention again); like the bruised professor if you get that dude to join the chess club or whatever, the articles in the paper that Tybalt was holding changing depending on whatever, Derek requiring crab control or not, telling Quinn you want your pet name to be "pervert", liking Tybalt's posts, and so on. None of that shit was even remotely important, but it added a little extra to the game (and it didn't take a month to render...
