Good observation with Jill and Bella - same bed, same room - visible by the back wall and pillows. Most likely this is a winter outgoing event and takes place on different routes.I'd really only categorize the Maya and Josy ones as real spoilers (I knew Maya would love anal sex). Bella and Jill, mild spoilers because of the bed—it's new, and the same with each girl.
Josy/Maya scene is just an absurd spoiler and I don't understand why he did it. Couldn't resist and decided to raise hype to attract as much attention as possible to the release? Maybe. That would be a real Wow! and a culture shock for players who get used to vanilla DIK, but here he spoiled everything.
About Jill there is a small spoiler - she looks much more comfortable during sex now. Her face emotions are not awkward anymore.
