How Lily's preview suggests a lewd scene in any way?

It seems to me it's the beginning of her lewd scene, they're alone and she's almost naked. I could be wrong. That's why is properly listed as uncertain.

Also, you can't assume every single LI will get 2 scenes. Bella & Jill only got 1 each in EP 10.

That's what the majority of people wrote and agreed on Reddit and Discord when there was the "scenes prediction". So I just took that as the most probable scenario. It has a reason: it has been more than a year of development, Main Girls exist for a reason, they have proprioty and relevance to the plot. I prefer Others but that's a fact.

Finally, saying that Josy & Maya are getting 5 scenes in total is completely wrong, they won't get more than 3.

I did NOT insert in the 18-points-list 5 scenes for Josy and Maya, there are 3 scenes. Look better. That list is for the previews. As a foot note, I just reported that possibility because many people believe a path split will happen, so I inserted it at the end as a possibility, I wrote "IF". Do I personally think they'll get so many scenes when there are only 18 scenes in total? No.

Madame is trash, but I expect that one os the scenes from EP 11 to be hers since they are a "easy" scene to make (the assets don't change) plus she still needs an anal scene to wrap her set.

That's a expected by most but I still hope she dies for an accident, she could slip for her oily feet, a fire can happen at the club, so I refuse to count her scene, it's a matter of principle. I'll never give up.
There is also no preview and I listed for the "Others" only the ones that were spoiled in the previews. Otherwise I would have inserted Quinn because I suppose we'll get a scene with her. But the focus was on the spoilers, not generically on the sex scene predictions. The extra consideration about Maya&Josy was related to the "free slots" availability, that is pretty limited.
If you think there will be only one scene per each MainGirl, then there are more free slots for the Others, obviously.

Normally I would say that this is probably not the beginning of a lewd, because it's in the foyer of the mansion almost definitely during the panty party.
