nope.. you can still get sage, josy, maya, Lily, jill and / or Bella as well as a few set ups for the others.. being on a chick route doesnt mean 100% chick choices so long as the scale doesnt tip into neutral or Dik.. The only defining choices are really who you stay with, The breakfast after Jill's concert and a few minor choices here and there..
The Dik route isnt dependant on you taking the VIP pass neither is Chick or Neutral.. ONLY if you want a madame playthrough to add to your milf list (one of my save pages - Madame Rose, Nora, Jade, Cathy) i dont add Bella in there as thats a conflicting save with moments that would maybe block other scenes..
