No, season 3 starts from where season 2 ended and season 2 continues from season 1. You have to import a save from season 2.

In that respect, yes. You need S1+2 first, then load the save from the end of S2 into the separate S3 download.

You need 7 points to win. 6 will get you a draw (decided on who fucks the teacher)
Wearing the Dildo helmet 3 times will net you a point for 1 (but might cost you points with bella)
Drinking beers when you can will net you a point for a total of 2
getting slapped by lily or mona will net you another point for 3
