if this was Burke's intention I don't see why the fact that Maya knew about the free tuition was a problem.Well, he can't give tuition to Maya actually for free, if she doesn't agree to be a "restaurant worker" otherwise the other girls that have to sell themselves for tuition would get really mad...
on the other hand, if he had decided to please Sage anyway, I don't understand why he then backed out, effectively ‘forcing’ Maya to keep thinking about the free tuition promised by Quinn.
the BR is a college, i don't think the only scholarships are those of the restaurant....
Mona ‘freeing’ is the worst possible situation, at least apparently Quinn wanted to keep her under control at BR anyway, we don't know if Mona was then forced by Quinn or Burke to leave or if he did it on her own initiative, but ‘on stage’ Quinn didn't kick her out, while Burke cancelled her scholarshipMona is why to me it can't be Quinn. I mean the situation with Mona just shows how out of her depth Quinn is. She totally misread and misunderstood Mona, not only that she did the same thing at the same time to Maya, the the fallout of that came much later, which is what caused quinn to be summoned to the office.
This isn't a case of "priscilla (quinn) you messed up get in so we can tidy it" it's more a case of "priscilla (someone else) Quinn has seriously messed up we need to do something about her"
Someone's definitely pulling Quinn's strings, whether she knows or even likes it is another story
