Is it just me, or does it seem like to anyone else that Season 3 turned the game into a giant jumbled mess? I can't see where the story is heading.

When Being a DIK was first introduced I believe we were promised the game wasn't going to be as heavy as Acting Lessons was, I could've sworn that Being a DIK was gonna feel more consequence-free fun. The MC seems to be picking up a big moral dilemma in Season 3 at the end of Season 2 no matter what you chose for a story path to be.

I wanted my game story to pursue Jill in Season 3, but unfortunately for some reason it doesn't look at all like that's an option and I don't get it. It's either gotta be Sage, Josy & Maya, or Bella, but for some reason Season 3 neglects any potential story growth development for other characters such as Lily, Heather, Quinn, etc.

What's going on with the progress for Season 3? I'm confused as it looks like Season 3 combines like 3 episodes to all be happening over the span of a single in-game day, which isn't normal for the previous season episodes so I'm at a loss and don't know exactly what this is leading to. How many episodes is Season 3 supposed to have?
hmm what do you mean pursuing Jill is not an option? It is, one just needs to have their MC dedicate to it.

I wasn't around when BADIK started, but I'd say there's still a long way to go before it becomes as "heavy" as AL, not saying it won't get there, just that at the moment they do strike me as completely different in tone.

That said good VNs (this is personal opinion btw) need also a backdrop story that's not just "let's have MC DIK everyone in sight and that's all there is to it".

She does but she didn't want to sell cocaine. Probably something related to her parents condition.
But she should know that people like the preps are mostly interested in cocaine. So she burned a bridge with Tommy and put all her eggs in one basket with the idea to sell the preps something they didn't want. It's like an alcohol smuggler trying to sell Tybalt beer.

true dat, I wouldn't have a problem with a Jade route generally, except for the fucking divorce thing where she doesn't get anything due to fucking Fuckface. Feelsbadman.jpg. I still do it on my fuckboi route though :KEK:
Oh, you can still go the Jade route full on, just don't record it, and if you do record it, don't show the video to anyone...

Well I don't mean "heavy" as in the unavoiable tragedies that Acting Lessons had, I mean that BADIK was originally promised to be consequence free of the MC being afflicted with a moral dilemma over who the player chooses to sleep around with -- whether you're going for an all-you-can-eat buffet polygamy run or monogamous relationships.

I don't mind MC having a moral conundrum when it comes to relationships, but I went down paths in Seasons 1 & 2 that didn't follow as expected into Season 3 even though I'm importing directly from the saves and it makes no sense. Seasons 1 & 2 I actively pursued Jill, by the end of Season 2 I get only two options, Sage or nobody, start of Season 3 MC dumps Jill because I knew choosing nobody MC still dumps Jill, so I choose Sage, and for some reason all of a sudden MC acts like a wuss in a total 180 from how I played him in the previous seasons which again, makes no sense.

MC racks up Cheater points but he does nothing. I find this weird.

Tybalt (and most of the other preps) didn't seem to be into Coke, either. The nerds are into Adderall, etc.
