The system is barely established in game at this point, but I think it'd need to be more complex to work properly. I think say ass grabbing would probably excite Sage as a threesome thing, but I think if you for example you told Josy/Maya you still had feelings, that'd obviously upset her, especially with her abandonment issues from her childhood. I think it'd also upset Lily.

I hope Lily does get more development in the new episode outside of Lewd scenes, but between the Maya contract, Thanksgiving at home, Rio being kidnapped, I'm not sure if we'll have the runtime for anyone outside of J/M, Quinn, Rio and Sage with the divorce

Lily has already caught feels and is emotionally invested in MC as much as any of them. Her refusal to admit those feelings and allow him to screw around is so she doesn't have to give up her very well paying stripper job. In her mind she can't have a boyfriend and still show her body to other men, so she's fighting her feelings as much as she can, and needs MC to stop her falling in love with him.

But she keeps slipping up to show us that she's in love. Kissing him in the hallway, not for rolling reasons, but just because. Spending the night spooning in the tent. Girl is hooked. Just ask Sarah.

If we have an option to cheat and get busted then that's ok, but it can't be canon, it will be pretty shit if it does. We have always been given choices to guide the MC, if we are suddenly forced to cheat, I'm going to be pissed off.
