It's Maya who thinks that. She gets kissed on the mouth by Quinn, sees Riona and Camila being that close to each other, not to mention Sarah and Melanie also being similar in that way and yet she from somewhere got the idea that the HOTs wouldn't accept lesbians in their sorority at all. I'm sure there's many more examples to be made which would suggest otherwise.

It's like to her mind, bi is more publicly acceptable than gay. Heck, in college its' sort of normal to experiment across lines. In reality, it's pretty much opposite, and bi (at least in my youth) was treated as gay by straights, and as fake gay by gays.

It would at best knock a few months of the dev time, nothing too impressive. Well I got something even better
Bianca is MC's half-sister. Think about it! Jill and Lynette's stories intentionally mirror each other, including the possibility that Miranda and Vivian are more than likely Bianca and Carla's moms.
So why not include the idea Neil and Miranda had an affair, just like MC and Bianca are getting closer and closer to doing themselves?
My theory has merit. Just ignore Patreon. And DPC saying he didn't want incest in the story. And my lack of solid factual evidence. When you do all that, I'm golden
