There are posts about it from 2021, i made one about it last year... i personally think theres a good possibility, and would make more sense as to why Lily doesn't want to engage in a proper relationship with MC. She told MC all that stuff about herself but it could be a premade story.

True, but also there's usually an underlying factor to the narritive. Note I do say usually. Like they're corrupt, or need to be bad to maintain the cover etc etc
There's been no underlying conditions at all to why Lily would cross the line if she was in this position.
I'm not saying in not possible in any sort way. Just extremely unlikely.

True, they are allowed to do some illegal activities and some bigger ones if it's to save their own life or someone else's. Take Donnie Brasco, as an example.
