Considering that DPC has played tricks on us with his previews in the past, I have a feeling this is another one of those moments. I mean, you can hardly expect to get the sense of what other people are saying if you don't actually pay attention.
Admittedly my litany is pretty jumbled, but I did say very early that the harem would only be available on Bella's path. I don't expect massive scenes in the next episode or even this season. For now it would be the girls agreeing to share. Sage and Jill threesome would be awesome just so you can mess with Tybalt.
In meta terms I expect it to be the result of very specific choices throughout the game and mistakes would trigger a bad end quite easily. There are choices that need to be made to activate the harem romance and further choices that lead to a good end.
