Do you also use the universal gallery unlocker? I find that if both are in a game folder at the same time, it crashes on loading. Separately though, they are fine (though the unlocker doesn't work for every game).

I just finished replaying my cheat on Jill DIK path. It's the absolute worst path to play for me, I feel like a total asshole all the way through. 
Jill is so trusting and innocent and every time she turns her back, you're grabbing Sarah and Mel or Nic's ass or Lily's boobs, or greeting Tiffani's little friend. Not to mention Bianca.

I don't know about that. It's interesting because she looks at you very differently (a couple of times) if you have the Episode 7 lewd with her. Not sure how that will develop.
I'm DIK affinity and not playing others and only ever get the option to cheer her up, and then hug her. No kiss option.

Maybe, I still have to replay the Sage, Josy/Maya and Bella paths yet. I'll see where I'm at after those. I don't really want to have to go through it again, and with Bella, Bianca, and all that groping I've probably got enough cheating up anyway.
