With "carrying on the left", I just meant that in the image I commented on you can see an outline to the left, not that Dany had an erection. I don't even remember any picture where we see Dany's cameltoe. About the m2f question, that could also just be a standard feminist question like many feminists/Q+ supporters (including those that aren't trans themselfs) protest about. About the "in the ass", you could say Dany would just use a strapon, dildo or something similar for that (like is the case with another AVN that has been released on Steam last month).
