I'm probably not the only one to post these conspiracies so I apologize if this was discussed long ago but I have a few different things I've noticed.
Dad and Derek look way too alike. And act very similarly.
The pic of mom with her friends outside the same house as the pic of Jill on the picnic. And I think one of mom's friends looks exactly like Jill's friend Bianca. (could just be an animation coincidence. IDK)
Leon is obviously gay for Jamie.
What did Jill and Bella do together? Jill seems very much a prude but there was that awkward night at the sleepover. (I also think there's something a little disturbing about Bella)

Get on the paths with the right affinity without being locked in to a affinity, stay as close to the middle as you can and then lock into whatever affinity you want afterwards (for any of them).

Yeah the game confirms it's the same house, there's a crossfade between Lynette's picture and Jill's. And people do think Lynette's friends are the mothers of Jill's friends.

If the "combination of girls" is a foursome, I doubt it will involve the main girls. I also doubt it's any of the dorm girls. Most likely it's one of the old pairs and a third. Which one is a more complicated question.
If the Rionapping gets resolved, Quinn + Rio + Camila is a strong possibility. If it gets resolved. And it might be something that happens in ep 12.
Sarah + Mel + Heather is a trio that is already established, but I'm sure Heather will get a proper one on one first and I got the impression that the combination is completely new. Otherwise Sarah + Mel + third is a very strong possibility.
With Pink Rose girls Lily + Nicole + Sandy is the likeliest combo. It should be said however that Brandi and Tanya would both be well received and a threesome with the two of them could also be what DPC meant.
But if in spite of all my doubts it is a main girl combo, I hope like hell it's Sage and Jill. Bella and Jill would also be awesome but I doubt it'll be this episode even if main girl combos start happening. If we ever get main girl foursomes Sage + Maya + Josy will be the first one.

I don't know if DPC has said it will or won't happen, but I really hope that when the whole of season 3 is completed, it will get a similar choice system as College Kings, where you can choose your relationships, alignment and certain key decisions from season 1 and 2. This will be a good function for people who've completed everything in 1 and 2 but for some reason don't have the saves anymore. This would also be good to unlock specific scenes for which you only had to choose 1 or 2 different options in the previous season.

It's worth it though imo. Jill DIK is my favorite in season 3 (on the Pure and the Cheat path).
