I initially misremembered the scene before posting, I thought they were present when Quinn and Tommy were shooting up. But even if it's still just weed or whatever, it seems a little more than just casual. Heather is passed out, and Tommy and Quinn were making an arrangement so they could really party.
Yeah casual's not the best way to describe it, I'd say their vibe is more into doing party drugs (weed, shrooms, ecstasy) to have a good time rather then what Tommy and Quinn are shooting up with.

I could see that. I think spring break will be Ch12, making it the perfect opportunity.
You wouldn't have 12 be Valentine's Day? We're barely going to get Christmas, and Spring Break is a few months away from that.

I'd agree with that.

Spring Break being the penultimate episode makes the most sense to me if game ends when school does, minus the epilogues. One big bash before everything gets wrapped up in the finale.

Yeah, that feels like the common consensus. 12 will probably go right up till Valentine's Day, then (with it being a season finale) 13 will deal with the fallout till St Patty's Day party. Depending on how he structures the end, DPC could have 14 go from spring break till the end or split the last months of freshman year among the last episodes. 14 for April and 15 for May, or 14, 15, and 16 are all being used up to wrap it up.

Maybe for whatever will happen between MC and Elena, getting a little high would help them relax. Or maybe a later party (spring break?) could have a more chill version of the shrooms BBQ.
At Christmas MC, JB and Elena find themselves smoking pot up on the DIK house roof. Things get a little frisky and JB and MC perform the "Eiffel Tower" stance with Elena. In order to keep her from getting pregnant and in the spirit of the season, MC decides to cum down the chimney.

Probably both.

I wonder if a Valentine's Day might be more HOT-centric, seeing how the DIKs probably wouldn't come up with anything really romantic. MC would help plan it of course, cuz minigame, but it can be different. Idk, it's like a kernel of an idea.

Yeah... While some politicians promise us "10 years in one," Mr. DPC does the opposite and says "one year in 10" (and, just like with politicians, we're not sure if he'll even deliver it on time).
