DIK MC has his moments in Bella's route, but overall he's not the best choice for her. I can't take DIK MC seriously, I think he's a terrible partner for Bella compared to CHICK MC who is always trying to match his maturity with Bella.It's a funny situation to be DIK on the route with bella, especially when she plays beer pong and brings out her own unique competitive side.
I also hate when Sage says that DIK MC is a great guy and Bella disagrees. When Sage says this about MC and he's CHICK, Bella keeps quiet, because she knows she made a mistake in her judgment of MC (one of the best scenes ever).

I’m sure their family connections could screw the MC big time. Sage is the girl who cares the most about the MC because she is the only one who truly cares about him even though the MC is not in her route. A true ride or die type of girl.
The MC's friendship with the other girls doesn't even compare to his friendship with Sage. Sage is the only one who would take a bullet for the MC in any route and anyone who disagrees is crazy.
