What I found extremely strange was Quinn in the library in EP.10. In the scene where the MC is talking to Bella (Bella's route only) you can see Quinn passing by in the background while staring at the MC talking to Bella. I found it very strange... Will Quinn find out that Bella was the Mummy at the Halloween party and that she is close to the MC?

Looking at the grip on the pushpin, that's how you'd hold it to pull the pin out, not to push it in - to push in, you'd either hold against the far flange, or with a thumb on the top of the pin so you can push it into the board - holding the end farthest from the board is how you'd hold it to pull on it.

I'm really surprised Quinn isn't caught yet doing so. Unless she does study/checkout books but it isn't shown, you would think Bella finds it suspicious why Quinn comes there.

Idk about suspicious, at least right off the bat. Curious, yes, but there's nothing wrong about coming to the library often. I'll agree it will look suspicious if Quinn doesn't make it look good: sitting down with some books, appearing to study, checking stuff out, etc. We never see anything like that though, so she probably doesn't.
Plot armor. There's no way Bella or anyone who works at the library has ever found drugs hidden in the bookshelves.
