I've also got the feeling that the "dare-game" they have with each other is close to the only thing still kind of holding the two of them together. Other than that they feel more like FWB than a true relationship.

the dare game is fun and I like it but it feels like this is a competition between Josy and Maya don't think the loser will take it well, just thinking out loud what if the upcumming 3some is part of it

I agree, but you would think that at some time in the future they have tried about every dare they can think of, or one wants to go more extreme than the other. The question is what will happen with their relationship when it hits that point.

I don't visit Maya neither in ep 8, or in ep 10. It's not canon for me.
in my playthrough I don't see anything that can be confidently say, that Josy and maya have a problem with each other, that could cause that they break up.
in fact if I remeber right in episode 8, MC giving them his room, and make all the effort for them to have alone time with each other, and they already say, they are fine.
you hanging into nothing. The only way, this threeway, won't work out, if its MC who fucks it up, and not because Josy and Maya suddenly out of nowhere decided, they no longer want to be together.

They say "things don't just get good, there a lot of hard work .. and we doing it" to me that says things aren't good but they trying for MC ,but with Maya ep10 statement sounds like it not working the question would be does getting Josy scene change anything I don't think it does why would it ? Maya should still feel the same

Unless they really go extreme (which the previews show nothing yet), I doubt they will reach that point in 11. It might be that they have more S&M toys in the room, but only anal (at least it seems they are going to try anal to Maya, but it isn't in yet so we can't say for sure) and a ball gag is still quite vanilla.

that is the whole point, the threeway won't end because of Josy and Maya, it will end because the MC will end it, eventually. or he balance it out and be able to keep it.

True. I doubt they dress up like that and then the only thing they do S&M related is a ball gag. You would expect at least some of the other (kind of) cheap (semi) easy to get stuff like:
- whip
- wax
- rope
- cuffs
- nipple clamps

if Josy's ass is not tomato red after, all the spanking she receive form MC, it's not even worth it. that is a bare minimum, if dpc can't even provide that, after 13 mount of development, then he should've find a better more suitable profession
