There isn't much to go on, but it's all we got. As far as potentially being a spy though, that's harder to determine, seeing how both characters (until proven otherwise) have only appeared in one episode each. Compare that to Beth and the dormies for instance, who have appeared at the mansion before.

A: Being a DIK is not an incest game so there will be no incest patch. The closest you can will be the roleplay between MC and Jade

Q: Game freeze during holloween party?
A: It's possible you've install scrappy mod in s1&s2 which causes the crash on s3, the possible solution are 1. to delete your save files and start the game all over again 2. there was discussion how to fix this issue a few page back you can check it 3. Install the updated scrappy mod in your game.

Q: Lily is undercover cop?
A: No one knows, we could only wait for the upcoming update if we want to find that answer, if there is.
