Differences in dialogues and behavior. DIK Zoey beats the firefigher who harassed her and is neutral if you beat Oscar. Chick is softer, doesn't prefer to use force and will judge you for it. It is too early to talk about a global difference, because her arc is far from over.

I thought DPC missed a chance for DIK MC with the Oscar thing.

I would have liked a chance to hit Zoey while the MC blood was already boiling.

Something like 'you don't know me anymore' would have been nice.

The year is 2025, and Interlude is still a subject of heated debate. Of course, spending 3 months to introduce a new important character from the MCs past, who will affect the future history is a terrible disaster on the background of global 10-15 years of development. 1.5-2% of the general time development.

We had to look at those ugly, rat faced, diseased ridden, hepatitis crack heads.

Do you see where I'm coming from now though. It's not "I hate Zoey", it's that it's frustrating in how all that time was put on an Interlude that even in the code is so cut off and unrelated to the main game that it really struggles to justify itself, while episodes 9 and 10 have then not helped by failing to give her any real focus in the main game. The examples you mentions are so minor that they're the sort of things I'd expect to be set by the Episode 3 flashback having had a toggle choice between setting her as DIK or CHICK as fuckface remembers her, not a separate release that took months to put together.

So far there's a reason why on every playthrough I've just pushed her towards Jacob regardless of having an LI or not, because her interactions with fuckface so far are so shallow and background that it just puts her on the same level as a Heather or Mel as far as I can see.

It could have been done better, but Interlude served its primary purpose in introducing Zoey. A 7/10, but it served its purpose. I think we should move on, not chew over "Interlude this, Interlude that" three years later.

Beta testing has yielded great results, and the testers have done a thorough job with the episode.

On top of helping me find bugs and polish episode 11 further, there have been some improvements to the overall season during beta testing.

Telling Zoey that she doesn't know anything about MC would be a slap in the face when she just claimed to know him.

"What makes you think you know me."
"You don't know what you're talking about."
"You left, you have no idea what I'm like."

Anything along those lines would hurt Zoey.
