For games like this it's good to play 1st time without a guide, personally i just make choices like in any other "rpg" and stick with it but i also hope that fan-made guide in op will be also updated in near future... its always nice to have a up-to-date guide for games like this
so i really appreciate the effort people put in creating guides and will say again thanks!This is what Scrappy has posted in his walkthrough mod thread... waiting for my download to finish to try it out

Just download the mod again and place only the "1BadikCh" in the game folder. Then you can play
Wait, I'm confused about the game. So the cops knew that internal affairs were setting them up?
If anybody can share a fully unlocked persistent at some point it would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, lucky people just don't spoil everything for these who are less fortunate and can't get into the game right now. Try to be a responsible one and put every image and every plot development conversation or a twist under the spoiler box or use blacking out the lines in your tax.
