No, the game is heavily story guided. You have some imput on what to do, but it's scripted.
Seeing Jill in this angelic pose and knowing or better imagining the mind of DPC I would almost bet anything that Jill will meet a tragic end in thi game - probably a suicide-homicide together with Isabella ... and the MC is stuck with Maya or Josy or even Quinn
